Sydney, Australia
Sydney is located on the south-east coast of Australia. It is the largest and most populated city in Australia and the state capital of New South Wales. The city is built on hills surrounding Sydney Harbour where the Sydney Harbour bridge and the Sydney Opera House are located. The region features many bays, rivers, inlets and beaches including the famous Bondi Beach. Within the city are many picturesque parks including Hyde Park and the Royal Botanical Gardens.

The most well-known attractions include the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Other attractions include Royal Botanical Gardens, Luna Park, some 40 beaches and Sydney Tower. The Rocks precinct includes the first colonial village of Sydney and some great shops, cafes and galleries are located here. Sydney also has several popular museums, such as the Australian Museum (natural history and anthropology), the Powerhouse Museum (science, technology and design), the Art Gallery of New South Wales, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Australian National Maritime Museum.

Airlie Beach, Australia
As the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, Airlie Beach is the perfect place see the underwater treasures Australia’s most famous ecological site has to offer. Glass bottom boat tours to some of the most pristine marine sites in the area are available from the marina, while a ferry to Daydream, South Molle and Long Islands is accessible from Shute Harbour, which is a great option if you’re more the island hopping type.

If you’re pining for an inland experience, a variety of activities such as Quad-biking, horse-riding and hiking are available locally, and perfectly capped off by a stroll through the bustling local market.

Yorkeys Knob, Australia
Situated just a short distance from the coastal city of Cairns, Yorkey’s Knob offers a smorgasbord of amazing experiences to add to your list of holiday highlights. Tours to the Daintree rainforest and Karunda are the perfect way to experience the diverse ecosystem of the ‘Wet Tropics of Queensland’ (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Port Douglas is situated in the Far North of Queensland, where the weather is warm and the beaches crystal clear. Being in the perfect location to access the Great Barrier Reef, this is the perfect stop for dazzling your senses at the world's largest and most spectacular coral reef system.

Being a magical place on earth, your family will be able to experience the Reef in many ways with excursions of snorkelling, diving and sailing. If staying local is your thing, then Port Douglas has much to offer with beautiful beaches, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Once there, you definitely won't want to leave!
